Treating the cause, not the complaint
Classical homeopathy for skin, hair, hormonal and chronic complaints — prescribed on your full case, not on your symptom alone.
What homeopathy is for, here
Homeopathy at this clinic is not an alternative to a diagnosis — it is a way of treating the person the diagnosis belongs to. Two people with the same skin complaint rarely get the same remedy, because what is driving it is rarely the same thing.
Most people arrive having already treated the surface. The cream worked, then stopped. The course of tablets cleared it, then it came back. That pattern is usually the clue that the cause was never addressed.
What people come in with
Skin that keeps relapsing
Acne, eczema, urticaria or rashes that clear with treatment and return once it stops.
Hair and scalp complaints
Hairfall, thinning, dandruff and scalp conditions with no single obvious trigger.
Hormonal and cyclical issues
Irregular periods, PCOD-related skin and hair changes, perimenopausal symptoms.
Long-standing chronic complaints
Recurring acidity, allergies, migraines, anxiety and sleep problems alongside the skin complaint.
Why the consultation is long
A homeopathic case history covers far more than the complaint that brought you in. Appetite, digestion, sleep, menstrual history, temperature, stress, family history and temperament all narrow down the remedy.
That is why a first consultation here is unhurried and why it asks about things that seem unrelated. The detail is the diagnosis. A remedy chosen on a single symptom is a guess; one chosen on the whole case is a prescription.
Dr. Kalyani consults in Marathi, Hindi and English, so nothing important gets lost because a patient could not find the word for it.
The consultation is the most important part of my practice.
How treatment runs
Every plan here has two halves — the cause treated internally, and what shows treated at the same time.
The case is taken in full
Your first visit is the longest one. Everything relevant is recorded before anything is prescribed.
A remedy is chosen for you
Potency and repetition are matched to your case and to how long the complaint has been running.
The visible side is treated alongside
Where the complaint also shows on skin or hair, in-clinic care runs in parallel so you see movement early.
Follow-up adjusts the prescription
Chronic cases change as they improve. The remedy is reviewed at each follow-up rather than repeated indefinitely.
Worth knowing before you start
It is not instant, and it is not endless
Acute complaints can respond quickly. Long-standing ones take longer — you will be told which yours is likely to be.
Your other medication is not stopped
Nothing you have been prescribed elsewhere is withdrawn without your own doctor's involvement.
Follow-up is part of the treatment
A remedy that is never reviewed is not being managed. Follow-ups are scheduled, not optional.
Ask anything you want to ask
Patients are meant to be comfortable asking questions here, including awkward ones.
Frequently asked
Is homeopathy safe alongside my regular medicines?
Yes. Homeopathic remedies are prescribed alongside existing medication, and nothing you take for another condition is stopped without your treating doctor's involvement. Tell Dr. Kalyani what you are already on at the first consultation.
How long before I see a change?
It depends on how long the complaint has been running. Recent, acute complaints often respond within days to weeks. Chronic conditions that have been present for years take longer, and you will be given a realistic expectation at the consultation rather than a promise.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work. The clinic runs Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 2 PM and 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM — and walk-ins are seen during OPD hours. Booking ahead simply means less waiting.
Will I have to follow a strict diet?
Dietary advice is given where it is genuinely relevant to your case - and for skin and hair complaints it usually is. It is practical advice, not a restrictive list handed to everyone.
Is homeopathy only for chronic problems?
No. It is used here for acute complaints too. But it is most useful for the recurring, relapsing problems where treating only the surface has already been tried.

Honest care, at a price you can actually plan around.
Treatment here is kept economical — not by cutting corners, but by refusing to sell packages nobody needs. You will be told what your course involves and what it costs before it starts.
