Book a consultation, or just walk in

Both are accepted, Monday to Saturday. The first conversation is where we work out what's actually going on.

Two ways in

Pick whichever suits you

There's no hierarchy here — a walk-in patient is not treated as less important than a booked one.

Walk in

Arrive during either OPD session. Early in a session usually means a shorter wait.

Book a slot

Use the form, or call. Sensible if you're travelling in or on a tight schedule.

Tell us what's bothering you

We'll come back to confirm a time. Nothing is charged for the consultation request.

This opens WhatsApp with your details filled in — nothing is sent until you press send there, and nothing is stored on this website.

Your first visit

What actually happens

  1. 01

    We talk, properly

What's bothering you, how long it's been going on, what you've already tried and what happened.

  2. 02

    Case history

A homeopathic case history covering diet, sleep, stress and cycle — because that's usually where the cause is.

  3. 03

    Assessment

A look at the skin or scalp itself where that's relevant to what you've come in for.

  4. 04

    A plan and a price

What the course involves, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs — before you commit to anything.

Nothing is sold to you on day one

The first visit is for working out what's wrong. You're not expected to buy a package before you leave.

Ask the awkward questions

Most patients have been rushed elsewhere. This consultation is deliberately unhurried, and no question is too small.

Bring what you've used

Old prescriptions, reports, or the products currently on your shelf. It saves a lot of guesswork.
