No accounts. This website does not ask you to register. It sets two small cookies that keep the booking form secure; they expire after two hours.\n\nAnalytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept. If you press Accept on the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and the Meta Pixel on general pages (Home, About, Contact, Gallery and the Blog list) to measure our advertising. The Meta Pixel does not run on treatment or booking pages. Neither receives anything you type into the booking form. If you press No thanks, neither runs. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
Fonts are loaded from Google. Page typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser contacts Google's servers, which makes your IP address visible to Google in the ordinary course of serving the file. Nothing else on the page is shared.
Standard hosting logs. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, time of request, page requested — as part of running and securing the site. These are not used to profile you.
The booking form. When you request an appointment, the form saves your name, mobile number, the treatment you ask about and any note you add, so the clinic can call you back, and it opens WhatsApp with the same details. Requests are deleted automatically after 6 months, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Enquiries you send us. If you telephone, message or email the clinic, we hold what you send in order to answer you and to arrange an appointment. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone outside the clinic, other than our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf.
In the clinic
Case records are confidential. The case history taken at your consultation is a medical record. It is kept confidential and used to treat you, in line with a doctor's professional obligations.
Photographs need your consent. Clinical photographs are taken only where they are useful to your treatment. They are not published on this website.
You can ask what is held. You may ask what information the clinic holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask that we stop contacting you. Speak to Dr. Kalyani or write to the email address below.
